Thomson Research

Provides full-text SEC filings, scanned images of U.S. and international company annual

reports submitted to U.S. and foreign exchanges. Contains basic company information to

annual and quarterly financials, earnings information, fundamental ratios, officers and

directors, institutional and insider ownership, and a complete list of company subsidiaries.

Older Reports:

For annual reports from 1972-1984 use LexisNexis Academic.  Select "Business" from the

top tab, then "Company Profiles" from the Business Search options on the right.  Under

"Select Sources"  choose annual reports.
